METHOD OF LAUNCHING



INSTALLATION POINTS FOR ANCHOR
　
  • To install an anchor to the oil fences to be moored into a position, anchor rope and buoy are fixed priorly to the metal mounting of the oil fence while still on land or on the carrying vessel.

    Note: The metal mounting is fixed at the midsection of 20 meter long skirt.


  • Pull up the anchor rope fixed to the oil fence and install the anchor.



  • Pull the anchor rope and buoy to the place where anchor is to be installed,and drop it into the water.



■ SETTING PROPER LENGTH FOR THE ROPE IN ANCHORING
　
  • The angle of the fixed position of anchor must be kept below 30゜, and the following calculation formula is used for the rope length.

L （length of rope）＝３ × H (depth of water)＋５
